Question 1

What is Dual Investment?

Accepted Answer

Dual Investment is a non-principal-guaranteed product that offers considerable returns by investing in two different crypto assets. This product is suitable for investors who plan to hold in the long term but also want to grow the
crypto they hold at the same time.

Question 2

What are the advantages of Dual Investment?

Accepted Answer

Dual Investment allows investors to buy crypto assets at a lower price or sell at a higher price. No matter how the price moves, investors can always earn interest at the settlement time. Investors can flexibly configure multiple Dual Investment portfolios. For example, they could subscribe to multiple Buy Low products to make regular investments at lower prices, or they could subscribe to Buy Low and Sell High products at the same time to realize hedging, grid trading, or other strategies to gain more profits.

Question 3

What are the Buy Low and Sell High products?

Accepted Answer

Buy Low: Invest USDT to earn more BTC or USDT.
1. If the settlement price of BTC is less than or equal to the strike price at settlement time, your USDT will automatically be used to buy BTC, and you'll earn interest in BTC.
2. If the settlement price of BTC exceeds the strike price at settlement time, you'll keep your USDT and still earn interest in USDT.

Sell High: Invest BTC to earn more USDT or BTC.
1. If the settlement price of BTC equals or exceeds the strike price at settlement time, your BTC will automatically be sold for USDT, and you'll earn interest in USDT.
2. If the settlement price of BTC is below the strike price at settlement time, you'll keep your BTC and still earn interest in BTC.

Question 4

Will market fluctuations affect the APR at order placement?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it may have an impact. Market fluctuations may cause the APR shown on the Dual Investment page to differ from the actual APR when you place an order. To avoid large discrepancies that could affect you, we will monitor and check order APRs in real time: If the difference between the displayed APR and the actual APR goes beyond a reasonable range, we will block the order automatically. You will be asked to refresh the page and try again. This ensures the APR you receive reflects current market conditions and protects your interests.

Question 5

What is the strike price?

Accepted Answer

The strike price is the benchmark price at which you want to buy or sell crypto. Using the "Sell BTC high, subscribe BTC" product as an example: if the BTC settlement price at the time of settlement is below the strike price you've selected, no asset conversion will occur, and both the principal and interest will be settled in BTC. If the settlement price is above the strike price, both the principal and interest will be settled in USDT.

Question 6

How is the settlement price calculated?

Accepted Answer

The settlement price is calculated based on the average market price over the 30 minutes before 4:00 PM (UTC+8) on the settlement date.

Question 7

What are the risks of Dual Investment products?

Accepted Answer

(1) Dual Investment subscriptions remain locked for the entire investment period, and users cannot unlock their assets before the settlement date.
(2) Due to price fluctuations, investment assets may be converted into other settlement assets. Although investors are guaranteed to earn interest, they should also consider potential losses due to asset devaluation.
