According to user @ai_9684xtpa on platform X, it is suspected that the ENS project party/investors are selling off ENS. The address starting with 0x1b9 has received a total of 403,000 ENS (about 5.3 million USD) transferred from the project's cold wallet over the past year, of which 21,000 were transferred into Binance five hours ago. Currently, all tokens have been batched into exchanges.
