Sui mainnet upgraded to version V1.17.3
The Sui mainnet has been upgraded to version V1.17.3, and the Sui protocol has also been upgraded to version 35. This update includes: adding an option to return original transaction data during development review; introducing support for downloading traditional database snapshots without permission; adding options in SuiTransactionBlockResponseOptions to return original transaction effects and other upgrades.
