Grayscale: Ethereum Trust’s revised Form 19b-4 has been submitted to the U.S. SEC
Grayscale Chief Legal Officer Craig Salm said that Grayscale has filed an amended Form 19b-4 for the Ethereum Trust with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which is important for ETHE to upgrade to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) Arca. step.
