Followed by the United Kingdom (61,245), Germany (49,859), Ukraine (46,351), El Salvador (5,695), Bhutan (621), Venezuela (240), Finland (90) and Georgia (66) . Data for the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, and El Salvador are from Arkham.
