The U.S. SEC has once again postponed its decision on the Grayscale Ethereum Futures ETF
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission stated in a document submitted on Friday that the agency has postponed the decision on whether to approve Grayscale Ethereum futures ETF application. The new deadline is May 30th. The SEC said that the committee believes it is appropriate to designate a longer period for issuing orders approving or disapproving proposed rule changes, so that the committee has enough time to consider the proposed rule changes and questions raised therein.
