Smart Layer launches ST404 token standard

Smart Layer announced the launch of the ST404 standard on platform X. According to reports, ST404 introduces an innovative token standard built upon Pandora-404, ERC-5169 and TokenScript, aiming to optimize gas efficiency and incorporate dynamic game-like elements into token transactions.

The project combines the liquidity and transferability of ERC20 tokens with the unique identification and collectability of ERC721 tokens in order to address challenges posed by high gas costs associated with large-scale token transfers. It also enhances user engagement through unique token features.
