DeFi protocol NAV has announced the completion of a $3 million Pre-Seed round of financing on the X platform, with over 70 angel investors, whales, founders, DAOs, and VCs participating. It is said that the protocol is committed to using its structured investment product (SIP) to bring change to the DeFi space.
