The official Etherscan account on platform X announced that the basic functions of Etherscan have been restored, and the recovery of @gnosisscan explorer is underway. Subsequent auxiliary services will continue to be restored. Earlier news reported that an power outage at the Etherscan data center caused some servers to temporarily stop, affecting service connections.
