Crypto Market Recovers in Multiple Sectors with AI and Big Data Leading the Way
Several sectors of the crypto market are recovering. According to the latest analysis from blockchain intelligence platform Santiment, AI and Big Data, Liquidity Pledge and DeFi projects have made the most gains over the past week.The AI and Big Data space, comprised of 100 projects, topped the list with a strong performance and a significant growth of 8.65%, with its total market capitalization now standing at a staggering $39.3 billion. Meanwhile, the Liquidity Pledge space, comprising 17 projects, also performed well, with a weighting of 8.12% over the past seven days and a market capitalization growth to $43 billion, demonstrating the growing trend of pledge mechanisms in the midst of a full market recovery. The DeFi space, which has a market capitalization of $111.9 billion, includes 477 items and ranks third in Santiment's rankings, also growing 7.76%. There are also several other areas that have seen growth in the past week, including 85 Layer 1 programs with a market cap increase of 7.19% to $783 billion. Next up is the $708 billion ERC-20, which includes 988 projects and saw a 6.8% increase in market capitalization over the past week. 117 projects in the NFT space saw a 6.47% increase in market capitalization over the past week to $17.6 billion. In addition, the Layer 2 space, which includes 22 projects, grew by 5.9%. The Social, Meme Currency and Gaming domains also showed significant growth this week, with their respective market capitalizations increasing by 5.73%, 5.59% and 4.24%.
