Aave community launches ARFC proposal for long-term profit sharing pilot program "Merit"
PANews reported on April 11 that Aave community member Marc Zeller initiated the long-term adoption of the profit sharing pilot program "Merit" in Aave DAO and is expected to vote next week. This program is designed to support Aave’s market share growth and revenue expansion by providing a reward system, specifically around the GHO stablecoin. After successful first two rounds of trials, it was proposed that Merit's budget would be set at $5 million per quarter for 12 months. In addition, the plan also focuses on possible expansion in cross-chain GHO deployment and L2 market, as well as optimizing resource allocation.
