HashKey Capital and Bosera Funds jointly applied for the approval of Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETFs by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong
Mars Financial News: The Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong conditionally approved the issuance and management of two virtual asset spot ETFs by HashKey Capital and Bosera Fund (International) Limited: Bosera HashKey Bitcoin ETF and Bosera HashKey Ethereum ETF. The two ETFs are expected to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, tracking the prices of Bitcoin and Ethereum respectively, and adopting a "physical" subscription mechanism that allows investors to directly subscribe to ETF shares using Bitcoin and Ethereum.
