WOO announces the expansion of its European innovation center to support the development of the Bitcoin ecosystem and expand into the DeFi field
According to Odaily Star Daily, WOO officially announced that it will expand its strategic plan for the European Innovation Center, focusing mainly on supporting the development of the Bitcoin ecosystem and expanding it into key DeFi growth verticals. This move aims to expand WOO into expected growth areas in the upcoming crypto bull market. WOO plans to increase the number of related products in the coming months. Ben Yorke, Vice President of WOO Ecology, announced during the Token2049 conference that grants will be provided to global RWA, DeFi, AI, Bitcoin Layer2 solutions, and DePIN project teams.

According to data from the US Department of the Treasury, in the 12 months ending July this year, overseas investors made net purchases of US stocks totaling $942 billion, marking the highest rolling 12-month total since records began in 1985. The net purchases in the second quarter alone reached $426 billion, setting a new single-quarter record. Meanwhile, overseas demand for US Treasuries has noticeably cooled, with purchase volumes falling significantly. As a result, the US is facing higher costs in government debt financing.
