Infinite Reality acquires Stakes for $8M in stock
Golden Finance reported that Infinite Reality, an AI-driven social sports platform, acquired Web3 game project Stakes for US$8 million in stock. The all-stock deal values Infinite Reality at $3 billion and Stakes at $8 million. Infinite Reality CEO John Acunto said the acquisition of Stakes will help Infinite Reality implement its innovative digital experiences and immersive sports products, as well as integrate with blockchain and Web3.
