Technology stocks mostly rose, with Arm (ARM.O) up 4%, Nvidia (NVDA.O) up 1.8% and Meta Platforms (META.O) up 1.7%. Tesla (TSLA.O) rose 1.18% as it plans to lay off 400 employees in Germany through a voluntary plan.
