Conduit expects Degen L3 to complete resynchronization at 21:00 today

According to news on May 14, Degen posted on the X platform that Conduit estimates that Degen L3 resynchronization will be completed at 6 a.m. Pacific time (21:00 today). After resynchronization, it will test the chain to ensure that all data affected by the reorganization has been restored.
