Data: Nvidia's market value once exceeded 2.5 trillion US dollars, twice that of Bitcoin's market value
After the announcement of Nvidia's Q1 results, NVDA's stock price soared to a historical high in after-hours trading on May 22, slightly above $1,000. This pushed its market value over $2.5 trillion, surpassing the combined market values of Tesla and Amazon and approximately twice the market value of Bitcoin and more than five times that of Ethereum.
Five years ago, Nvidia's market value was only $100 billion but it has now become the third largest listed company globally with only a 17% gap from surpassing Apple.
