Since this year, the number of Bitcoins held by exchanges and miners has decreased by 183,000 BTC

According to data from Cryptoquant.com, from January 1, 2024 to June 7, 2024, the number of Bitcoins held by exchanges and miners decreased by 183,000 BTC. Of this decrease, 91% was due to a reduction in the amount held by cryptocurrency exchanges. At the beginning of the year they held a total of 3.01 million BTC which has since dropped to 2.84 million BTC - a decrease of 166 thousand BTC. Additionally, Cryptoquant.com reported that "the buying interest of Bitcoin whales has reached its highest level in the past two months," and pointed out that it is regaining strong purchasing power with their Bitcoin balance reaching an all-time high.
