Odaily News According to Arkham monitoring, at 21:02 today, the US government address transferred 11.84 BTC, about 726,000 US dollars, to the address 3KHnTqDh2LUmzYe8hgSnxY2QHFcNmuuso9, which is suspected to be a small test before a large transfer.
