On July 13th, Arkham monitored that the "German Government" address has run out of Bitcoin and has just sent 3846.05 BTC (approximately $223.81 million) to Flow Traders and 139Po, a possible institutional deposit/over-the-counter (OTC) trading service. The current bitcoin balance in the address is 0.
