Insider News: SEC Commissioner says they can reconsider Ethereum ETFs that include "Pledges"
BlockBeats news, on July 17th, Coinage founder Zack Guzmán posted on social media that SEC Commissioner Peirce revealed in an interview with him that Ethereum ETFs capable of "staking" might be reconsidered by the SEC.
Peirce said: "I think things like staking or any function of a product... as far as I'm concerned, these can always be reconsidered."
