Harris' campaign wants to take a stand on cryptocurrencies: source

A source who spoke with members of Vice President Kamala Harris' campaign said Harris' presidential campaign has begun reaching out to her to ask questions about the cryptocurrency industry, The Block reports. Harris' team wants to learn more about cryptocurrencies, the source said, calling the discussion itself a "relatively high-level introductory dialogue." They said her team asked why cryptocurrencies are getting so much attention and wanted to learn more about the cryptocurrency industry's past conversations with advisers to President Joe Biden. The source said, "My impression is that they know it's important and they want to take a stand on it ...... They're going to take their time."

In previous news, U.S. Vice President Harris' team has consulted Mark Cuban on several issues regarding crypto policy .
