Grayscale Transferred 24,907.6 ETH to a CEX address

Arkham data shows that in nearly half an hour, the grayscale address transferred 24,907.6 ETH to the Coinbase Prime hot wallet address, or about $78.35 million, and in addition, grayscale transferred about 1,069 BTC, or about $68.65 million, to two new addresses beginning with bc1qh3 and bc1q6p.
