To facilitate the development of Hong Kong's digital asset ecosystem, it is desirable to have locally regulated digital asset derivatives, which will not only enhance market liquidity and transparency, but also provide investors with more investment choices and opportunities, and help to attract more professional investors and large-scale institutions to participate in Hong Kong's digital asset market. Locally regulated derivatives will enable investors to conduct risk management and asset allocation in a more flexible and convenient manner, further promoting Hong Kong as a global center for digital asset trading and investment.
