In the past 24 hours, contracts worth $179 million have been liquidated across the network, with a majority being long positions
PANews reported on August 12th that data from Coinglass shows that in the past 24 hours, the total liquidation of contracts across the entire cryptocurrency market reached $179 million. Of this, long positions accounted for $137 million and short positions were worth approximately $41.28 million. The total amount of BTC liquidated was about $48.87 million, while ETH liquidations amounted to around $45.59 million.
