Tether Treasury has minted 1 billion USDT on the Ethereum network
Whale Alert monitoring data shows that at 20:09:59 Singapore time, Tether Treasury minted 1 billion USDT. Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino stated that this is to supplement the Ethereum network with 1 billion USDT in inventory, which is an authorized but unissued transaction. This means that this amount will be used as inventory for the next issuance request and chain exchange.
