Ripple Partners with SBI Group Subsidiary to Promote XRP Ledger Use within the Web3 Community
SBI Digital Community Co. Ltd. on Tuesday announced a new strategic partnership with Ripple Labs Inc. aimed at promoting the use of XRP Ledger within the Web3 community, according to Bitcoin.com.SBI Digital Community is a subsidiary of Japan's leading financial services group, SBI SBI Digital Community is a subsidiary of SBI Group, a leading Japanese financial services group focused on promoting and expanding the use of Web3 technology. Tokyo-based SBI Digital Community will utilize Ripple's XRP Ledger to enhance Web3 services. The partnership aims to expand the use of XRP Ledger through SBI's “Bto3” Web3 community, with a focus on increasing user interaction with the blockchain and driving its adoption.
SBI Digital Community added that under this partnership, “Bto3 will issue NFTs on XRP Ledger and provide support to users on how to Buy and trade NFTs on XRP Ledger. As a platform for issuing NFTs on XRP Ledger, we will use XRP Cafe, a marketplace dedicated to issuing, buying and selling NFTs on XRP Ledger.” The move is expected to encourage more businesses to adopt XRP Ledger, enhance the user experience and offer new B2C services. The company sees this as an important step in making Web3 technology more accessible to the general public.
