Tether Treasury has minted an additional 1 billion USDT on the Tron chain, which is authorized but not yet issued

BlockBeats reports that on August 20, according to Whale Alert monitoring, Tether Treasury minted an additional 1 billion USDT on the Tron chain around 13:50 Singapore time today.
Additionally, according to Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino, this is an authorized but unissued minting transaction. This means that this amount will be used as inventory for the next issuance request and chain exchange.
