Casey: The founder of Node Monkey made no contribution to the birth of Ordinals, and has insulted several Bitcoin ecosystem developers

News on September 6, Casey, the founder of Ordinals, posted on platform X stating that rocktoshi, the founder of Node Monkey, was not the reason why Casey started researching Bitcoin NFTs and has not contributed any meaningful ideas to Ordinals. Casey further stated that rocktoshi had been sending him threatening, coercive and insulting emails for several months in a row. Many people in the ecosystem have dealt with rocktoshi and everyone who has talked to him has experienced similar long-term threats.
