According to on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa, That 4483 staked ETH (worth $11.04 million) was redeemed from Ether.fi 11 hours ago and then deposited into Binance. If sold, it would result in a loss of $510,000. The individual had previously withdrawn 9002 ETH (worth $23.19 million) at an average price of $2576 over the past nine months, and the current deposit was made at a price of $2462.
