According to chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa, the “smart money address with an 85% swing win rate” has begun to build a large position, buying 6,748 WETH ($16.97 million) over the past half hour at an average price of $2,510.
So far, the wave has built up a total of 7,482.88 ETH with a total value of $18.78 million.
