Analyst: Exit polls are favorable for Trump, Trump's deal is making a comeback
Analyst Adam Button stated, "I'm not sure what the foreign exchange market wants to tell us today, but all of the dollar's declines earlier today have been wiped out. The main reason I've heard for the rise in the dollar over the past month is 'a big Republican victory.' The idea here is that Trump and Republicans will increase deficits, cut taxes and maintain high yields. In after-hours trading, shares of Trump Media Technology Group (DJT.O) also rose nearly 20%, as did Tesla's share price. I think the main driver is Georgia's exit polls which are favorable to Trump. However, early voting in Georgia suburbs favors Harris. Votes from Florida are also very supportive of Trump."
