On November 14, Ethereum Rollup deployment platform Caldera announced its strategic acquisition of Hook. The specific acquisition amount has not been disclosed yet. Hook is the development team behind the Hook Odyssey protocol, a perpetual futures Rollup focused on memecoin and NFTs. It is reported that with the addition of the Hook team, Caldera's staff will reach 20 people, mainly distributed in America, Europe and Asia.
