According to on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa, Blockchain Capital's associated address recharged 1.43 million EIGEN into CEX 7 hours ago, worth $3.55 million, possibly intending to sell.

This address received 1.74 million EIGEN tokens from the EigenLayer Delegation Manager multi-signature address a week ago when the token price was still $2.73 (the recharge price this time is $2.48, down by 10%).
