Cathie Wood: Bitcoin will reach $650,000 by 2030, it is still a good investment now
According to reports, ARK Invest CEO Cathie Wood recently reiterated her bullish forecast for Bitcoin prices in an interview and insisted that despite market fluctuations, the company's prediction for 2030 remains unchanged. She stated: under basic conditions, by 2030 the value of Bitcoin will be about $650,000. In a bull market situation, it is between $1 million and $1.5 million. Ark Invest first introduced these Bitcoin price predictions in its Big Ideas report released in February last year. Unlike the single prediction in early reports, the company proposed three scenarios.
Based on the most likely assumption, "the basic scenario" predicts that Bitcoin will reach $682,800 by 2030; "bear market scenario" estimates a price of $258,500; while "bull market scenario" expects Bitcoin could rise to $1.48 million dollars. Wood emphasized that at current prices, Bitcoin is still a good investment - remember we were the first public asset management company to invest in bitcoin at a price of $250 back in 2015. Wood cited historical performance of bitcoin during halving cycles predicting with inflation falling and halving events reducing supply; bitcoin will continue its upward momentum.
