Solana monthly active addresses hit a new high of 153 million

Solana is a powerful open-source project that relies on the permissionless nature of Blockchain technology to provide decentralized finance (DeFi) solutions. Although the idea and preliminary work of the project began in 2017, Solana was officially launched in March 2020 by the Solana Foundation headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.

 

On November 19th, according to SolanaFloor data, Solana's monthly active addresses reached a historical high of 153 million in 2024! This data demonstrates the rapid growth of its ecosystem, indicating that user activity continues to rise and on-chain participation has significantly increased. The official joked that this growth is attributed to the "rapidly expanding marketing team", which indirectly demonstrates the influence and attractiveness of the Solana ecosystem.
