Lightspark stated that this collaboration provides a way for African businesses and consumers to make quick, open cross-border payments using cryptocurrency and fiat currency. According to an official statement, Yellow Card plans to offer UMA to businesses across the entire African continent. By providing UMA to African businesses and consumers, this stablecoin platform is expected to connect them with millions of other companies and individuals worldwide.
