On December 23, Canary Release (Grayscale) filed a Form 8-K with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for Grayscale Horizen Trust (ZEN). The filing shows that the trust published 3,565,200 shares to specific "Accredited Investors" through a private placement, involving 304,034 ZEN tokens with a total value of approximately $4.7123 million. Grayscale Securities served as an authorized participant in the private placement.

As of now, the total number of shares published by Grayscale Horizen Trust has reached 10,403,200. This further indicates that institutional investors' confidence in the Horizen project and its ecosystem continues to increase. It is worth noting that Horizen's ZEN token has just experienced its last halving, and a gradually decreasing inflation model will be introduced in the future to inject new momentum into the token economy.

This layout of Canary Release provides investors with a convenient way to avoid directly purchasing or hosting ZEN, while injecting stronger capital support into the Horizen ecosystem.
