Over a span of 96 hours, these investors accumulated a staggering 270 million DOGE, valued at approximately $89.64 million, according to crypto analyst Ali. This wave of acquisitions has fueled speculation about potential developments within the Dogecoin ecosystem.
Whale activity of this scale often occurs during periods of market consolidation or price dips, as they capitalize on lower prices to expand their holdings. Following a major sell-off that pushed DOGE’s price down to $0.261 on December 20, the cryptocurrency has been stabilizing.
