Multicoin Co-creation: Next year's total revenue from Helium, Hivemapper, and io.net is expected to exceed 100 million US dollars
Kyle Samani, co-founder of Multicoin Capital, posted on X stating that currently Helium, Hivemapper, and io.net have collectively generated over 50 million US dollars in revenue. By 2025, the income from these three projects will exceed 100 million US dollars.
In addition to many other DePIN projects on the Solana chain, 2025 will be looked back upon as a breakthrough year for DePIN.
Earlier today news came out that Messari analyst Dylan Bane posted on X stating that according to Messari's forecast, next year's DePIN industry revenue will exceed 150 million US dollars. Going into 2024, the supply side of DePIN has been established but demand-side income is limited and cannot verify the DePIN model. During this year several protocols generated seven or even eight-figure revenues which indicates that DePIN has hope to capture demand-side constraints so far limiting growth.
