Santiment: Over the past 30 days, active wallets have been in a floating loss state on BTC, ETH and most altcoins
Santiment posted on X stating that the average transaction return can well indicate whether buying low or selling high is truly the right timing. Currently, active wallets for BTC, ETH, ADA and DOGE as well as most altcoins are in negative territory within the past 30 days. When MVRV is negative, it means buying or increasing holdings while others are already at a loss. Historically, these "blood in the streets" moments have been when professional traders make money.
Santiment advises investors to trade cautiously and not assume that these opportunity zone signals will lead to immediate improvement. However, possibilities suggest that cryptocurrencies will likely improve at least in the short to medium term provided economic or geopolitical factors do not hinder momentum development.
