Parcl proposal to donate LA area transaction fees to wildfire relief

on January 10th, the real estate platform Parcl, based on Solana, initiated a proposal vote to donate all protocol transaction fees generated in the Los Angeles market in January (excluding the part that flows to LP) for fire relief. Parcl stated that every dollar will help and the community should come together to help the people of Los Angeles.
