Bitwise applies for a Dogecoin-related ETF registration in Delaware, United States
PANews reported on January 23rd, according to the official website of the Delaware Department of State in the United States, Bitwise has submitted documents to Delaware for registering Bitwise Dogecoin ETF. The establishment date is January 22nd, 2025, and the registered agent is CSC DELAWARE TRUST COMPANY.
Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart commented: "Note: This is just a trust registration, not yet an official ETF document submitted to SEC. At least not now."
