Its address deposited 40 million USDC into CEX 19 hours ago;
14 hours ago, it withdrew 1 million ONDO coins (equivalent to approximately $1.38 million) from CEX;
In the past 3 hours, it has withdrawn 4,375 ETH (equivalent to approximately $14.87 million) from CEX.
