Although there are constant doubts about Ripple in the industry, many individuals and companies are still actively lobbying the new government behind the scenes, trying to influence policy-making to gain an advantage.
Tomaino emphasized that clear regulatory guidelines are certainly important, but they must focus on promoting free development of the industry and avoid favoring certain "good at currying favor" projects which could ultimately destroy America's cryptocurrency industry.
