MicroStrategy is hiring a Capital Market Director, requiring experience related to Bitcoin
According to Bitcoin News, MicroStrategy is hiring for the position of Director of Capital Markets. This role will be responsible for leading all financial and capital market activities, including equity, convertible debt, and preferred stock issuance.
The position requires close collaboration with senior management teams and cross-functional teams to execute financing plans, optimize balance sheets, and ensure company policy compliance.
The ideal candidate should have experience in capital markets, structured finance, investment banking, private equity or public equity investments, as well as a deep understanding of and interest in Bitcoin.
