ChainCatcher News, according to on-chain analyst Yu Jin's monitoring, as Trend Research has basically completed liquidating their positions, their final loss on ETH this time has also become clear: a loss of approximately 734 million USD. Including the previous long position on ETH, their total net loss on ETH over the two trades is 419 million USD: 1. They entered a long position of 231,000 ETH at an average price of 2,667 USD and closed at an average price of 4,027 USD, making a profit of 315 million USD; 2. They entered a long position of 651,500 ETH at an average price of 3,180 USD and closed at an average price of 2,053 USD, resulting in a loss of 734 million USD.
However, according to some sources, although Trend Research suffered heavy losses on ETH, the fund as a whole did not lose money; it just gave back most of its previous profits. Their gains on other tokens covered this loss on ETH, for example, they made profits on WLFI and FORM.
