Inveniam merges with MEASA Partners, focusing on the tokenized real-world asset market

Decentralized data infrastructure provider Inveniam has reached a merger agreement with investment and advisory platform MEASA Partners, focusing on the income-generating real-world asset (RWA) markets such as real estate, infrastructure, and private credit. After the merger, MEASA Partners will be responsible for the Inveniam Capital business unit, providing compliant private RWA solutions for institutional and digital investors. Inveniam will combine its Smart Provenance decentralized data architecture with MEASA’s sovereign and institutional network in the Middle East and globally, enabling real-time pricing of private assets, quantitative portfolio optimization, and liquidity aggregation across compliant digital markets. The partnership will also promote AI-driven proxy asset management and systematic trading in markets such as Abu Dhabi.
