Sports prediction trading platform PRED completes $2.5 million seed round led by Accel
ChainCatcher reported, according to official sources, that the sports prediction trading platform PRED has completed a $2.5 million seed round led by Accel. Other participating investors include the Base Ecosystem Fund (BEF) under a certain exchange, as well as Reverie and others.
Pred is built on Base, and the official statement claims an execution speed of just 200 milliseconds, making it closer to the standards of financial exchanges than any service offered in the traditional sports sector. Pred is currently in internal testing and uses an invitation-only registration process.
