Glonghui, February 17th|A certain exchange fell by 3.7%, closing at $160.75. According to reports, the exchange announced plans to acquire Koi, a pioneer in endpoint security for agents, with the acquisition amount undisclosed. This acquisition aims to address what the exchange describes as a “dangerous and uncontrolled attack surface” created by AI agents and tools on enterprise endpoints. After the acquisition is completed, Koi’s technology will be integrated into the exchange’s Prisma AIRS platform.
